I was born and raised in DC, and I am one of the few native Washingtonians who still live in the area. I believe that we all have everything we need to be happy, healthy, and productive from the moment we are born. I aim to help others recognize and access this often overlooked internal resource, in order to inspire each other to live the life we've always wanted.
I am inspired by the power of community and try to do my part in various service capacities with the following community organizations: Mocha Moms, the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland, Black Mental Wellness, and the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County.
