I was born and raised in Washington, DC and have spent the majority of my life benefitting from the power of community. I now live in the suburbs with my husband and daughter, helping to ensure that others have the same opportunity. I love meeting new people, reading, music, travel, wine and charcuterie! I am a natural-born extrovert that has become selectively introverted as I age. As a life enthusiast, I have a variety or interests, personally, professionally and pasionately!

Commmunity is important to me and I am inspired by everyday heroes making a difference in the lives of others. I try to do my part in various service capacities with the following community organizations: Mocha Moms, the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), and the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County.
